COVID-19 Update

Office Protocols to Keep You and Your Family Safe.

Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice, as you have seen at your prior visits to our office.  Our infection control processes are made so your care is both safe and comfortable.

Our office closely follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This ensures our infection control protocol continues to meet or exceed each agencies’ recommendations.

You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients their families and dental staff. For example:

  • Masks are required upon entry and should be worn at all times.
  • Hand sanitizers are available throughout the office. You will be asked to use our hand sanitizer station when you enter the office
  • Sneezeguards have been installed in our check-in and check-out area to ensure safety.
  • Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You will be asked those same questions again when you are in the office to make sure there are no changes.
  • Temperatures will be taken daily on every patient and staff member.
  • Clinical staff members will be wearing face shields in addition to our standard PPE.
  •  You will notice that our reception room will no longer offer coffee, magazines, water, etc. since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
  • To help with social distancing, our office will only allow one or two patients in the office at a time. You may be asked to wait in the car until it is safe for you to come in. If the patient is a child, only one parent/ legal guardian will be permitted in the office.
  • To ensure a healthy and safe environment, only the patient will be allowed back with the doctor.
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you are offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
  • We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you. as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment please call our office at (610) 696-9135 or visit our website www.aspiredentalcare.org.

Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors, and friends.

Sincerely,

Aspire Dental Care Team.
